Case contract

Input [[sku, weekly_picks]]. Rank by picks descending then sku ascending. SKUs with equal picks form a tie group whose cumulative prior share is the picks of strictly faster groups. picks 0 -> D (dead stock); prior share < 80% -> A; < 95% -> B; else C. Return [[sku, class]] in input order.
