Case contract

old/new timetables map exam -> [period, room]; rooms room -> venue; enrol [student, exam] rows (may repeat). Reasons: added, removed, moved (period changed; takes precedence), venue (same period, different venue). A room change within the same venue needs no notice. Return distinct [student, exam, reason] rows sorted by student, exam.
