Case contract

timetable maps exam -> period index, exams exam -> duration, periods -> duration. Duration violations (exam longer than its period) are listed first by exam id; then for each constraint in order: after (a must be in a strictly later period than b), exclusion (different periods), coincidence (same period), exclusive (a must be alone in its period). Return violation rows.
