Case contract

Players are [name, position, projection tenths, status]. OUT and BYE players are ineligible; Q (questionable) players are eligible. Rank by projection descending, name ascending on ties. Fill QB x1, RB x2, WR x2, TE x1, then one FLEX from the best remaining RB/WR/TE (kickers and QBs never flex). Return the slot lists and the total projection.
