In a 3-2 deal the first player gets five consecutive cards.
Case contract
Input [players, dealer, batch_pattern, deck]. For each batch size in order, deal that many cards to each player starting left of the dealer (dealer+1) clockwise. Remaining cards form the kitty. Return [hands_by_seat, kitty].
