Case contract

Rate K/(t+c)^p aftershocks per day. Expected count on [t1, t2] days: for p == 1 (within 1e-12) K ln((t2+c)/(t1+c)); otherwise K((t1+c)^(1-p) - (t2+c)^(1-p))/(p-1). t1 < 0 or t2 <= t1 returns None. Round to 0.001.
