Case contract

days are [day_of_year, tmax_F, tmin_F]; only days with day_of_year >= biofix count. Each day clamps tmax to at most 86 and at least 50, tmin to at least 50 and at most 86, and adds (tmax+tmin)/2 - 50. Return [total rounded to 0.1, number of counted days].
