Case contract

Input {'items':[[lb, longitudinal arm, lateral arm]] (first item basic empty weight; lateral right positive),'long_env':[fwd,aft],'lat_limit':L}. Longitudinal CG must be within inclusive limits; |lateral CG| <= L. Status 'BOTH','LONG','LAT' or 'OK'. Return [long CG r2, signed lateral CG r2, status].

Why this case matters

Helicopters have a lateral CG limit as well as a longitudinal one; lateral arms are signed and all weight, including centerline weight, dilutes the lateral offset.
