Case contract

Input {'tow','tocg','burn_gal','fuel_arm','density','mlw','env':[fwd,aft]}. Burned fuel weight = gallons*density removed at the fuel arm. Status 'MLW' if landing weight exceeds MLW (checked first), 'CG' if landing CG outside the inclusive envelope, else 'OK'. Return [LW r1, LCG r2, status].

Why this case matters

Landing CG differs from takeoff CG because fuel is removed at the tank arm; landing weight has its own structural limit.
