Case contract

Input {dose "HH:MM", draw "HH:MM" (a draw clock time earlier than the dose means the next day), level mg/L}. Hours after dose must be within 6-14 inclusive, else OUT_OF_RANGE. With rem = 14 - hours: level <= 2 + rem/2 gives q24h; <= 4 + 0.75*rem gives q36h; <= 6 + rem gives q48h; otherwise HOLD_RECHECK. Return {interval, hours (2 dp)}.

Why this case matters

Interval nomograms read a timed level against sloped lines; clock arithmetic and line edges are separate defect sites.
