Case contract

Nonnegative integer counts. Permutation and combination counts are zero when a requested selection exceeds the available objects. Shape sizes satisfy the preconditions stated below. rows and cols are nonnegative cell counts; count all axis-aligned square placements of every positive integer side length. Exact operational definition: sum((rows-s+1)*(cols-s+1) for s in range(1,min(rows,cols)+1))
