Raster Dma Descriptor Chain: DMA descriptor stride uses payload length or loses descriptor relocation · case 05

The returned physical layout descriptor disagrees with the declared buffer mapping at descriptor_addresses.

Case contract

Each raster row copies a valid contiguous byte region from pitched source to pitched destination. Hardware descriptors hold absolute source, destination, length, next-pointer, and terminal flag; descriptors are 24 bytes and begin at a separate base. Return the named intermediate layout descriptor and final address fields; all quantities are integer byte offsets unless explicitly stated.

Why this case matters
