The active-false decision uses `d['choice']=='true'` instead of the stipulated boolean-facet projection.

VERIFIED REPAIR

Implement the declared active-false projection: `d['choice']!='any'`.

Unsuccessful approach: The attempted correction `True` still violates the explicit contract fixtures.
