Case contract

The acknowledgment model reconciles one temporary entity. Keep unrelated rows and reference multiplicity, prefer the server value including null, and ignore acknowledgments whose temporary entity no longer exists. Operation canonical-id-rewrite has the six explicit input/output oracles below.
